Senior Pharmacist - Chronic Pain

About the role
As an experienced Pharmacist you will join an expanding Chronic Pain multidisciplinary team and an enthusiastic Pharmacy Department who are committed to excellence in patient care and seek opportunities to develop practices which enhance and improve the patient experience.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing the Chronic Pain Pharmacist framework using your clinical pharmacy skills, leadership skills and enthusiasm for developing a successful model of patient care in the management of Chronic Pain.

This role would suit pharmacists who are looking to develop their experience in leading change while still enabling an active clinical role in the care of patients.
