This position is within the Inpatient Nursing Department of the Mercy Care Centre Young.

To provide care to patients in accordance with care plans, policies and procedures.

To provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to patient care.

To provide best practice care as a pivotal member of the multidisciplinary hospital team

Retain responsibility for his/her actions and remains accountable for all delegated functions

To work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information.

Minimum Certificate III Health Service Assistance (Assistant in Nursing Work in Acute care)

Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.

The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
