About You
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Nurse Consultant to join our team. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Qualifications and Leadership Skills: Registration or eligibility for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, coupled with effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, prioritise workloads, and foster innovation and creativity in service delivery.
- Experience and Expertise: At least three years of post-registration nursing experience, with demonstrated competence in supervising and mentoring staff and leading change management initiatives.
- Knowledge and Standards: In-depth understanding of legislation, safety standards, and contemporary healthcare practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality, client-centred care.
