Join our team as a Clinical Systems Educator and help drive the successful adoption of Sunrise and Leecare systems across South Australia’s public health sector. If you're passionate about education, innovation, and transforming clinical practice, we want you!

In this key role, you will lead training and support for the integration of clinical systems into everyday healthcare practice, ensuring effective system adoption by clinical teams across SA Health. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to communicate system developments and gather valuable feedback to shape the future of clinical governance. As a change champion, your expertise will guide users to seamlessly incorporate Sunrise and Leecare into their work environment, driving continuous improvement in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead training and support for Sunrise and Leecare system adoption.
  • Collaborate with Managers and Educators to ensure effective system integration.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality education programs, including training materials and courseware.
  • Facilitate clear communication of timelines and expectations to stakeholders.
  • Advise on the development of SA Health policies to support system processes.
  • Drive consumer engagement initiatives and manage change through education principles.

  • Experience in delivering educational programs and evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Proven leadership experience in service development, education, and project management.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and quality improvement systems.

Please note this position is multi-classed as AHP3 or RN/RM3 and classification will be determined by qualifications held. To be eligible at AHP3 level you musthold a recognised qualification within the relevant allied health profession, and be eligible for full membership of the relevant Professional Association. To be eligible at the RN/RM3 level you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate with at least 3 years post registration experience.
