About the role
We’re seeking a dedicated Radiographer to join our dynamic medical imaging team, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services across a range of clinical specialities. Working with specialised equipment, you will perform imaging examinations and contribute to the care and diagnosis of patients. At the AHP1 level, you’ll work under the guidance of experienced radiographers, while supporting less experienced colleagues and students. At the AHP2 level, you’ll handle more complex imaging cases with minimal supervision and provide professional direction to others.
In this role, you will also participate in research programs and contribute to departmental quality assurance initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement in imaging services. About You
We’re seeking a skilled and proactive Radiographer who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will bring:
- Clinical and Technical Expertise: Experience in performing complex radiography procedures and assessing imaging requirements based on client conditions to deliver accurate outcomes.
- Strong Communication and Teamwork: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work independently or within multidisciplinary teams, and build positive working relationships.
- Knowledge of Safe and Effective Practices: Understanding of radiation safety, patient confidentiality, and workplace health and safety, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
- Adaptability and Innovation: A resourceful approach to problem-solving, the ability to embrace change, and a commitment to continuous improvement in imaging services.
