About the Role 

We are looking for a Grade 1 clinician to join our large Occupational Therapy team. You will work collaboratively with inclusive and passionate Occupational Therapy and Allied Health staff to provide excellent, evidence-based care for patients and their families/carers. This role offers an excellent opportunity for the successful clinician to gain clinical experience across the continuum of care, including acute medical and surgical streams, neurosciences, sub-acute rehabilitation streams and community based care teams. We support our Grade 1’s with supervision, peer support and a comprehensive professional development program. Monash Health is a great place to forge your early career. About You

We are looking for a passionate individual, with a focus on personal and professional improvement and a desire for learning and contributing to our patient-centred service. The successful candidate will display: 

  • Passion for enhancing patient experiences and facilitation of person-centred care 

  • An aptitude for on-going learning and personal professional development  

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills  

  • A keen interest in evidence-based practice and clinical inquiry 

Current practicing Occupational Therapy AHPRA registration and Victorian driver’s license is a mandatory requirement for this role.
