What's involved – As the CNC Practice Nurse Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing healthcare delivery across remote communities as part of the leadership group of the Central West General Practice business unit. By applying your expert clinical skills and providing professional leadership, you will support and mentor Practice Nurses, design and implement systems which support high-quality patient care and continuous improvement relating to General Practice services, and deliver care to achieve patient focused outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on healthcare outcomes, fostering collaboration with key stakeholders, and driving clinical excellence within the practice network.
