About the Opportunity
We are currently looking for motivated, enthusiastic experienced ICU nurses to provide expert nursing care to complex patients. You will be a pro-active team player, with demonstrated ability and desire to be part of a dynamic work force, mentor junior staff and participate in quality improvement. We offer flexible self-rostering and 12 hour shifts on a variety of Fulltime and Part-time basis.
To be successful you will have experience in an acute ICU setting or equivalent critical care setting with a high standard of clinical care.
As a Registered Nurse Critical Care/ICU, your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver safe, based on best practice standards of intensive care nursing care practice.
- Provide complex and multi-disciplinary care
- Work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs
- Act as a role model for Safe Practice
- Support the educational culture for development of self and the development of peers and junior workforce
- To deliver education to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation, or end of life needs
