About the role
- You will be responsible for the provision of mental health care, triage and assessment, coordination and delivery of nurse-led clinics, health promotion activities, liaison with the interdisciplinary team, care planning and reviews.
- The position will work with several multiple disciplinary teams.
- The successful applicant will be expected to work 7 days rotating roster.
About you
- Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia.
- Currently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency.
- Demonstrated ability to work within the interdisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Demonstrated computer literacy with email and an electronic patient record system.
- Demonstrated evidence of integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, critical thinking and analysis in their daily practice as a Registered Nurse.
