About the role:
Join our dynamic 24-hour unit, where you’ll work a rotating seven-day roster alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Acute hospital experience is essential for this fast-paced role, with a cardiac nursing background preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will bring strong time management and teamwork skills, contributing to the high-quality care we provide.

Manning Multi-Purpose Unit is a nine-bed unit providing care for acute medical and surgical patients. Each shift is staffed with one enrolled nurse and one registered nurse, working together in a collaborative team environment. The unit follows a model of care aimed at patients with a 24-48-hour hospital stay, ensuring efficient care in a fast-paced setting with a high turnover of patients each day. The team supports one another to deliver exceptional patient care. In the near future, the unit will expand to include five cardiac-monitored beds as part of its bed profile.

- This position is full time; however, part time arrangements will be considered.
