About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dietitian to join our dynamic team at CALHN, where you will play a vital role in delivering expert nutrition and dietetic consultancy services. Reporting directly to the Director, Nutrition and Dietetics, you will work closely with medical, nursing, and allied health professionals to provide comprehensive nutritional assessments, tailored care plans, and counselling. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate in a multidisciplinary setting and have a direct impact on the health and well-being of both inpatients and outpatients across a variety of clinical areas.
As a Dietitian within this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that patients receive personalised nutrition care, addressing their specific needs with empathy and professionalism. You’ll be actively involved in guiding clinical teams, fostering a holistic approach to patient care, and supporting the delivery of optimal nutritional outcomes. About You
We’re looking for a dedicated Dietitian who meets the following key criteria:
- Qualifications: A degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, eligible for full membership with the Dietitians Association of Australia.
- Skills & Experience: Proven experience in dietetic assessment, treatment techniques, and clinical management of a broad range of conditions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Adaptability: Excellent time management and adaptability to fluctuating workloads, with a commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
