Are you passionate about creating inclusive, impactful community health services? We’re looking for a Program Manager Home Support to join the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network (EFNLHN) to help shape and deliver high-quality home care programs that make a real difference in people's lives. Please note this role is multi-classed as ASO6 or AHP3 or RN/RM3 and classification will be determined by qualifications held.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic development and management of Home Support Programs.
  • Drive community participation, service delivery, and achieve key performance indicators.
  • Ensure equitable access to services for those in need, with a focus on early intervention and prevention.
  • Enhance the quality and safety of services, adhering to National Safety and Quality Health Services Standards.
  • Foster collaboration across government bodies and communities to provide integrated services.
  • Develop innovative solutions that respond to community health needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Leadership Skills: Strong communicator with problem-solving, conflict resolution, and motivational abilities.
  • Experience: Background in management, project leadership, financial and resource management, and working within a healthcare setting.
  • Qualifications:To be appointed to RN/RM3 level you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate, with at least 3 years post registration experience. To be appointed to AHP3 level you must hold a recognised qualification within the relevant allied health profession, and be eligible for full membership of the relevant Professional Association.
  • Commitment to Change: Ability to adapt and lead through evolving services and community demands.
