- Registered Nurse/Midwife who has minimum 7 years full time post graduate experience with 5 years full time equivalent in the specialty field. In addition, the applicant must have an approved post graduate qualification and/or Masters relevant to the specialty or evidence of working towards same in identified area of specialty.
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage projects, motivate teams, and collaborate across multidisciplinary settings.
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge in wound management and skin integrity, including the development and delivery of education and training programs.
- Experience in quality improvement, and service redesign, with an ability to apply evidence-based practices in clinical settings.
