$2500 per day including overnight on-call.
$2250 per day no on-call.

- 17th February, 0800-1700 and overnight on-call
- 19th February, 0800-1700
- 20th February, 0800-1700 and overnight on-call
- 21st February, 0800-1700 and overnight on-call
- 3rd March 0800-1700
- 4th March 0800-1700
- 5th March 0800-1700
- 6th March 0800-1700 and overnight on-call
- 7th March 0800-1700 and overnight on-call
- 8th March 0800-1700 and overnight on-call
- 9th March 0800-1700 and overnight on-call
