The Position
A long-established GP-owned mixed billing practice is seeking a part-time GP (2-4 days per week) to join their team. With a history spanning over 140 years, this practice has a loyal patient base and a strong focus on continuing quality care of the local community with a large focus on chronic disease management, and procedural work. The clinic offers full autonomy, strong nursing support, and the opportunity to build a solid patient list, particularly as three doctors plan to retire in the next 1-2 years. New doctors will receive 90% of billings for the first 3 months to help establish their patient base.

Essential Criteria
- FRACGP and Specialist Registration in General Practice
- Interest in chronic disease management, procedural work, or developing special interests
- Strong commitment to continuity of care and long-term patient relationships
The Package
- 65-70% of billings, based on experience, commitment, and patient throughput
- 90% of billings for the first 3 months to help new doctors establish themselves
- Flexible part-time role (2-4 days per week) with a long-term patient base
- Full clinical autonomy in a well-respected, non-corporate practice
