About us:
Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service covers an area of 142,900 square kilometres. We go as far as Tully in the south, Cow Bay in the north and Croydon in the west.
About your role:
- Provide direct nursing care within team nursing model
- Participate in quality activities including audits under allocated ACHS Standards
- Work within Multi Disciplinary Team
- Use effective communication to engage and share information verbally and through information and technology systems
- Follow policy, procedures and organisational guidelines
