An exciting opportunity exists for an appropriately skilled Gynaecologist, with expertise in urogynaecology, to join the dynamic multidisciplinary Gynaecology Department at Royal North Shore Hospital. The unit provides comprehensive care to women of Northern Sydney and is a major referral and tertiary teaching hospital in New South Wales.
Selection Criteria
- MBBS or equivalent, currently registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia. Applicants must have Fellowship of the Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (FRANZCOG) or recognition as a specialist by Medical Board of Australia. Applicants expecting to be awarded their Fellowship within 3 months may be considered.

- Applicants must have Certification in Urogynaecology (CU) or equivalent.
- Appropriate experience to practice as a Senior Medical Practitioner in Gynaecology, with expertise in Urogynaecology
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Evidence of and commitment to lead and work within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Evidence of and commitment to medical education including medical students, junior medical officers and RANZCOG trainees.
- Evidence of and commitment to quality improvement methodologies.
