An exciting opportunity exists for an appropriately skilled Paediatrician, with expertise in Paediatric Respiratory and Sleep Medicine to join an enthusiastic team of health professionals providing excellent clinical services in Paediatrics and Neonatology at Royal North Shore Hospital.
Selection Criteria
- MBBS or equivalent, currently registered or eligible for registration with Medical Board of Australia. Applicants must have Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians (FRACP) and Subspecialist recognition in Paediatric Respiratory and Sleep Medicine.
- Consistently demonstrates behaviors that reinforce the CORE Values of the organisation: Collaboration, Openness1 Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviors with all stakeholders including colleagues, direct reports, as we\l as patients and consumers, and those that care for them.
- Appointment as Respiratory and/or Sleep Physician at the Sydney Children's Hospital Network is highly desirable to facilitate access to tertiary management and care is highly desirable.
- Appropriate experience to practice as a Senor Medical Practitioner in Paediatric Respiratory and Sleep Medicine.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Evidence of and commitment to lead and work within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Evidence of and commitment to medical education including the delivery of teaching programs
- Evidence of and commitment to quality improvement methodologies
