Exciting opportunity to join Tweed Valley Hospital, a new, major referral hospital at the heart of the network of hospitals and health facilities across the Tweed-Byron region

The new state of the art facilityincludes:

  • more operating theatres and recovery spaces
  • expanded emergency department
  • enhanced medical, surgical, and mental health services
  • enhanced ambulatory care services including more outpatient clinics
  • new interventional cardiology service
  • new radiotherapy service as part of a new integrated cancer care service

About the role

The successful candidate is required to work under the direction and supervision of the Infection Prevention Control team and assisting in the provision of safe, evidence based, person centred nursing care in line with the policies, procedures and standards of the Ministry of Health (MoH) and other statutory authorities.
