In this key role, you will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to develop and deliver targeted health programs for women and young people, especially those facing health inequities. You’ll provide clinical care, coordinate group and individual services, and ensure clients receive the highest quality, evidence-based support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clinical services and health-promoting strategies for women and young people, particularly those experiencing disadvantage.
  • Coordinate individual and group care plans in collaboration with other health professionals.
  • Lead and guide less experienced staff and provide support to students and enrolled nurses.
  • Ensure high-quality, evidence-based care, and contribute to performance and development plans.
  • Drive innovative solutions for health care issues while maintaining a focus on client safety and care quality.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse or Nurse/Midwife, eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • At least 3 years of full-time equivalent post-registration experience.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Leadership experience in guiding less experienced staff and students.
  • Knowledge of contemporary healthcare issues and quality improvement systems.
