What your day will look like….

As a Registered Midwife, your day will be dynamic and deeply rewarding, centred on providing safe, evidence-based, and culturally sensitive care to women and their families. You'll manage a caseload, building trust and rapport through relational continuity, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans across the childbirth continuum. From mentoring midwifery students to empowering women in decision-making, your role will balance clinical expertise, leadership, and advocacy, all while upholding the values of Darling Downs Health to ensure compassionate, high-quality care.
