What your day will look like….

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work alongside the Registered Nurse to deliver delegated nursing care to consumers, ensuring their health and well-being are at the forefront of all activities. You'll play a key role in assessing, planning, and implementing care plans while utilising your clinical knowledge to make sound decisions in the best interest of your consumers. You'll be an integral part of the healthcare team, providing support and mentorship to newer staff members, engaging in quality improvement initiatives, and upholding safety and risk management protocols. Throughout the day, you'll have the opportunity to reflect on your practice, pursue professional development, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Your care will be guided by evidence-based practice and clinical guidelines, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care are met.
