About the role
Join our dedicated medical imaging team as a Radiographer, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services. Based on your experience and skills, you will be classified as either AHP1 or AHP2. At the AHP1 level, you will perform standard diagnostic radiographic examinations using Radiography equipment while building your professional independence in a supportive environment.
At the AHP2 level, you will take on greater responsibilities, including conducting more complex imaging across various modalities with minimal direction. You will also provide professional guidance to radiographers, recent graduates, and students on clinical placements. Additionally, you’ll contribute to approved research initiatives and quality assurance programs, helping to enhance departmental performance and outcomes. About You
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Radiographer with a commitment to delivering high-quality imaging services and exceptional patient care. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Technical Expertise and Clinical Skills: Demonstrated ability to perform a wide range of imaging procedures, assess examination requirements based on patient conditions, and apply safety and quality practices in radiography.
- Effective Communication and Teamwork: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and maintain positive working relationships.
- Adaptability and Leadership: Flexibility to adapt to departmental changes, contribute to innovation, and effectively teach and oversee staff and students.
