Senior Doctor/SMO - Non Specialist

  • Level 1 facility under the Rural and Remote Clinical Services Capability Framework. The facility provides low-risk ambulatory care clinical services predominantly delivered by registered nurses and health workers. Patients requiring a higher level o
  • Rostered hours: 0800am to 1700pm Monday to Friday On call: 1700pm to 0800am Monday to Thursday Remote after hours on call support is provided by My Emergency Doctor from 10:00 pm to 08:00 am. On site Dr will be called as required.
  • 1 FTE x SMO (single Dr Site) 6 beds in total (4 of which are Residential Aged Care beds, 2 additional rooms, one of which is primarily used as palliative)
