Werris Creek, situated within the Liverpool Plains Local Government Area, is a charming township located off the New England Highway, 373 km north of Sydney and 44 km southwest of Tamworth. The town is home to a 16-bed facility, which includes 12 permanent residential beds and 4 sub-acute beds, offering a vital healthcare service to the local community. Positioned at the top of North Street, the Werris Creek MPS provides stunning views to the east, creating a peaceful and picturesque environment for both residents and staff.
Known for its welcoming atmosphere, the Werris Creek MPS is staffed by a dedicated and friendly team with deep local knowledge and long-standing service.
