What you will bring to the role

1. Relevant tertiary qualifications as a Registered Nurse (including completion of a new graduate RN program or equivalent experience working as a registered nurse) and currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
2. Demonstrated experience in the assessment and management of people presenting with acute mental health disorders
3. Demonstrated excellent negotiation skills and verbal and written communication skills
4. Demonstrated knowledge of the NSW Mental Health Act and related legislation
5. Understanding of recovery oriented care with demonstrated ability to meaningfully collaborate with consumers and their family and carers regarding mental health service provision.
6. Computer competency including demonstrated knowledge and skills in the use of information technology systems used in Health settings
7. Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel
