: Occupational Therapist Level 1/2
What you will bring to the role:
- Current registration to practice as an Occupational Therapist with the with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated capabilities for recovery-oriented mental health care and a commitment to the development of recovery-oriented approaches to occupational therapy in mental health.
- Experience in designing and implementing client centred rehabilitation plans, managing complex client care, and participating in discharge planning processes.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate meaningfully with consumers and carers with a commitment and understanding of recovery principles in mental health service provision.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of NSW Mental Health Act, 2007.
- Demonstrated skills in verbal communication with consumers, teams, and agencies, with experience in clinical documentation and formal reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of relevant evidence-based practice resources to guide decision making and commitment to quality improvement.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to use for work travel purposes
