About the Role:


Join Our Team as a Clinical Nurse Manager in Neonatology!

Take on an exciting leadership role at Centenary Hospital for Women and Children (CHWC), a tertiary centre providing specialized neonatal care to the ACT and surrounding regions. The Neonatology Department is the only level 5-6 neonatal unit in the area, offering intensive and special care, as well as the ACT NETS retrieval service. With 36 funded beds and around 700 neonatal admissions annually, we are committed to delivering family-centered, high-quality care in a state-of-the-art environment.

As Clinical Nurse Manager, you’ll lead the Special Care Nursery (SCN) and Clinical Support Services, reporting to the Assistant Director of Nursing (Neonatology). You will guide and support the multidisciplinary team, ensuring excellence in clinical practice and working closely with consumers to enhance patient outcomes.
