  1. Current Australian Health Practitioner Agency (AHPRA) - Medical Radiation Practitioner registration with a Current NSW EPA Radiation license,Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science (Diagnostic Radiographer) or relevant health qualification and Post Graduate Qualification equivalent post graduate Diploma / Masters degree in an area of relevance to their position or more than 3 years’ experience in a number of imaging such as CT and General Radiography.
  2. Please elaborate on how your skills and experiences align with the role requirements and highlight what you will bring to add value to the ED MI team.
  3. Highlight the main factors driving your interest in this position and express what aspects of leading the ED MI department motivates you the most?
  4. Discuss how your leadership approach aligns with the values and goals of the Campbelltown Hospital Medical Imaging department. Elaborate on how you intend to bring your unique leadership skills and experience into a new team environment.
