  1. Full Pharmacist registration with AHPRA with no restrictions to the scope of practice.
  2. Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of hospital staff, and patients and carers
  3. Experience in the provision of clinical ward Pharmacy services in a hospital setting consistent with the Standards of Practice of the Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Australia
  4. Demonstrated competence in clinical drug knowledge and experience in applying that knowledge appropriately to clinical settings
  5. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within multidisciplinary teams
  6. Demonstrated ability to promote teamwork and to supervise the activities of support staff
  7. Proven organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise according to Organisational needs
  8. Demonstrated understanding and application of quality improvement methodology
