  1. Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.
  2. Holds a relevant clinical or education post registration qualification and /or extensive relevant clinical experience in Medical Assessment Unit//Medical and or Acute Nursing.
  3. Holds or working towards a Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment - TAE 40110.
  4. Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Understanding of teaching and learning in the health care environment (adult learning principles).
  6. Demonstrated clinical teaching & facilitation skills.
  7. Computer literacy and understanding of hospital information systems.
