  1. Must hold a bachelor or post graduate degree in Speech Pathology which is accredited as eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia
  2. Demonstrated experience supervising staff and/or students.
  3. Demonstrated leadership in the planning, implementation and evaluation of local service delivery incorporating the quality improvement process.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer literacy and time management.
  5. Demonstrated commitment to EBP and experience implementing EBP into service planning and evaluation of service changes.
  6. Advanced clinical knowledge and postgraduate experience and skills in paediatric speech pathology 0-5 years
  7. Demonstrated strong commitment to multidisciplinary teamwork, and to collaboration with other services/organisations relevant to the care of the child
  8. Demonstrated experience working with vulnerable and/or at-risk complex communities/ families.
  9. Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
