Bowral & District Hospital is a level 3 acute bed facility which provides a wide range of services including 24 hour Emergency Department, 2 x Operating Theatres plus a Procedures room, Day Surgery, Endoscopy, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Critical and Coronary Care, Maternity & Paediatrics.

What You'll Be Doing
Provide supervised Obstetric and Gynaecological care to patients at Bowral & District Hospital. This care will be
provided within the clinical privileges granted by the CE on the advice of the SWSLHD Medical and Dental
Appointments Advisory Committee.



    How to Apply
    To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

    1. Demonstrated recent experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with demonstrated procedural skills and experience.
    2. Demonstrated skills, judgment and expertise in the care of patients requiring obstetric or gynaecological care including performance of procedures.
    3. Demonstrated supervision of junior medical staff and participation in teaching and training at undergraduate and/or post graduate level.
    4. Demonstrated interest and willingness to be involved in quality and safety initiatives and research.
    5. Demonstrated ability to work in a complex clinical environment.
    6. Demonstrated excellent ability to work in a multidisciplinary health care team.
    7. Demonstrated excellent clinical skills
