- Full registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (APHRA).Completion of an Australian Psychology Accreditation Council accredited postgraduate Clinical Neuropsychology qualification of no less than two years full time duration or recognised equivalent.
- Demonstrated knowledge of psychological issues that can arise with inpatients and/or outpatients (including community consumers as per service), presenting for neuropsychological assessment and where necessary, appropriate onward referral for management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the quality improvement process for service development, implementation and evaluation.
- Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team with a high level of autonomy, self-motivation, and organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills and computer literacy.
- Supervision experience of interns completing post qualification studies in Clinical Neuropsychology if appropriate to level of experience.
- Demonstrated experience providing comprehensive evidence based clinical neuropsychological services to a wide range of inpatients and/or outpatients (including community consumers as per service).
- Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
