Selection Criteria:
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the below questions as thoroughly as possible.
- Hold as a minimum a bachelor’s degree in social work which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working therapeutically with children, adolescents, young people and their families.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in using evidence based treatments.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in using family-based interventions models.
- Extensive experience working with families from culturally and linguistically diverse populations.
- Experience in providing mental health assessments and identifying and managing risk with children, adolescents and youth populations.
- Experience in planning, implementation and reporting on quality improvement projects in support of clinical service development.
- Current Driver’s License and willingness to travel in accordance with the position.
