A Metropolitan TAS hospital requires a Specialist in Psychiatry from 03/02/2025 to 27/06/2025.

Full time day work
On-call required

Flights, Accommodation and Rental Car provided.

The Specialist Medical Practitioner will work in the newly rebuilt centre that houses a 12-bed short stay unit providing specialist assessment and treatment in a homelike environment for people who do not require admission to hospital. The Centre provides contemporary,
recovery focused and compassionate care and is an integration hub where people can be linked with a range of community service providers. The service is well resourced by a multidisciplinary team of nursing and allied health professionals, consumer peer support workers and a Registrar/CMO who is onsite 7 days per week.
