About the Role
- Demonstrate advanced assessment care planning and evaluation of complex Addictions nursing care and practice.
- The service works with consumers who have a substance use disorder (including alcohol, tobacco, illicit drugs, prescription drugs, inhalants and over the counter preparations) within the Metro South area.
- The service also supports people who are affected by the substance use of others.
Services provided are free of charge, excluding any costs associated with prescribed medications.
- Demonstrate advanced level clinical and problem-solving skills, expert planning and coordination skills in the clinical management and delivery of comprehensive person-centred care.
The Process
This Expression of Interest collects a variety of information that will help identify potentially suitable applicants for future permanent and temporary employment opportunities. If deemed suitable your details will remain in the Talent Pool for a period of 12 months and should there be an employment opportunity you will be contacted to discuss the opportunity further. Additional selection processes (interview, reference checks and pre-employment checks) to further assess suitability for appointment to a specific position may be required.

- A pool will generally continue for a 12-month period.
