The Position: Social Worker Grade 2 | Temporary Part-time - 64hrs per fortnight for 12 months to cover maternity leave

We are inviting applications from Social Workers (Grade 2) clinicians with keen interest to join our multidisciplinary mental health team at St Albans Community Care Unit.

To be Successful in this Role, you will

Your new role:

• You’ll be working with consumers from multicultural backgrounds with a broad range of low and high-prevalence psychiatric presentations and will be liaising with other service providers internally and externally to establish comprehensive and consistent treatment plans
• Provide leadership and share your clinical expertise to support a multidisciplinary clinical and wellbeing team.
• Support the delivery of a recovery oriented and trauma informed service
• Deliver evidence-based mental health and discipline specific interventions to consumers at St Albans CCU
