  1. AHPRA Pharmacist registration with no restrictions
  2. Extensive paediatric Pharmacy experience in NSW Health setting and the ability to meet the requirements of a Grade 3 Pharmacist under the current Health Employee’s Pharmacists (State) Award
  3. Proven ability in a senior management role in Pharmacy and must be able to liaise with parents / carers, SCHN clinicians and hospital staff and NSW Health staff external to SCHN
  4. Ability to allocate priorities and work in a team environment and to achieve results in the workplace.
  5. Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills with a proven track record in policy development.
  6. Experience in training Pharmacy staff including Pharmacy technical staff and Pharmacy students and Interns.
  7. Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacy workflows in Cerner PowerChart and PharmNet and advocacy for the medication reconciliation processes for patient safety
  8. The ability to provide data and analysis from the NSW Health clinical applications to support clinical and workforce reporting.
