- AHPRA Pharmacist registration with no restrictions
- Extensive paediatric Pharmacy experience in NSW Health setting and the ability to meet the requirements of a Grade 3 Pharmacist under the current Health Employee’s Pharmacists (State) Award
- Proven ability in a senior management role in Pharmacy and must be able to liaise with parents / carers, SCHN clinicians and hospital staff and NSW Health staff external to SCHN
- Ability to allocate priorities and work in a team environment and to achieve results in the workplace.
- Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills with a proven track record in policy development.
- Experience in training Pharmacy staff including Pharmacy technical staff and Pharmacy students and Interns.
- Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacy workflows in Cerner PowerChart and PharmNet and advocacy for the medication reconciliation processes for patient safety
- The ability to provide data and analysis from the NSW Health clinical applications to support clinical and workforce reporting.
