To provide quality pharmaceutical services in all areas of the pharmacy department including the safe and accurate dispensing and distribution of medication, working in production services, working clinical pharmacy rosters , and providing teaching and education functions to patients and hospital staff.
This role is responsible to be actively involved in all aspects of pharmaceutical care including, medication reconciliation, medication order review, clinical pharmacy review, discharge medication processes, patient counselling and provision of patient medilists.
Pharmacists grade 1 and 2 are active members of multi-disciplinary teams. The position is rotational.
Essential Requirement:
- Qualification: Pharmacy qualifications conferred by Tertiary Education Institutions e.g. Bachelor of Pharmacy
- Registration: Full and unrestricted Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
