An exciting opportunity is currently available for an experienced Clinical Nurse or Psychologist or Occupational Therapist or Social Worker (Mental Health Clinician) to join the Continuing Care Team at the Maryborough and Hervey Bay Hospitals within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. Eligible Applicants who move to Queensland from an interstate or international jurisdiction to take up permanent or temporary greater than 12 months employment may receive up to $20,000 incentive payments under the Queensland Health Workforce Attraction Scheme
Your opportunity:
- Deliver clinical services within an integrated mental health service environment with a multidisciplinary team focus. The provisions of these services are to consumers and carers experiencing and affected by serious mental disorders and other serious mental health problems across both the community and inpatient settings.
- Participation in all aspects of the Model of Service Delivery including an extended hours service.
Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will be required to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough).

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $131,900 p.a., comprising salary between $107,960 - $115,604 p.a. (Nurse Grade 6 (1)), or remuneration package value up to $128,706 p.a., comprising salary between $76,747 - $112,805 p.a. (HP3), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.) (Applications will remain current for 12 months).
