What your day will look like….

As a Clinical Nurse Consultant, you'll coordinate and implement the Together in Mind program, providing expert consultation and advanced clinical care. Your day will involve working closely with a multidisciplinary team, conducting assessments, planning treatments, and facilitating case reviews. You'll also engage in continuous program development, data collection, and quality initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of care for women and infants. Your role will be dynamic and impactful, fostering positive health outcomes and supporting maternal mental health.
