What your day will look like….
As a Nurse Practitioner in Kingaroy, your day will involve conducting advanced nursing assessments and developing treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. You'll work closely with your medical supervisor, applying critical thinking and clinical judgment to guide therapeutic care options. You'll build strong relationships with patients, empowering them through health education and fostering active participation in their care decisions. Additionally, you'll contribute to quality improvement activities, collaborate on system enhancements, and provide mentorship to your colleagues, all while expanding your skills in a dynamic, patient-focused environment.
