What your day will look like….

In this role, you'll take on a leadership position within the perioperative nursing team, guiding and mentoring nurses while ensuring the highest standards of patient care. You'll work closely with a diverse, multidisciplinary team, managing complex situations and coordinating care in the operating theatre. Your day will be fast-paced and dynamic, filled with opportunities to apply your critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Whether you're supporting staff development, improving clinical processes, or leading in quality improvement initiatives, you'll be at the forefront of delivering excellent, evidence-based care. Your leadership will foster a collaborative culture where every team member feels valued and empowered to deliver their best care.
