About us:

Informatics Service includes a wide range of responsibilities ranging from clinical decision support through data analysis and visualisation to clinical documentation improvement and from system design to system implementation/administration and adoption issues.

About the role:

  • Undertake a range of duties under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse by assisting with the care of patients.
  • Delivering and collecting medical records to the allocated health professionals for coding queries.
  • Maintain effective interpersonal and communication skills with all members of the health team and customers of Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team and demonstrate an understanding of the mission and values of the organisation.
  • Restock supplies and identify/report stock deficits.

About you:

  • Whilst not mandatory, a Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent) is desirable.

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $16,447 p.a. is comprised of:

  • An hourly rate between $33.20 - $36.35 p.h.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
