Create a culture that attracts, trains, retains and empowers high calibre medical and other clinical staff within the department/program.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide clinical leadership in evidence-based medicine and processes to monitor and evaluate medical practice within paediatrics.
- Supervise and promote clinical consultation and liaison services within the Children's Services, including close liaison with the other Districts and the non-government agencies and the private sector.
- Identify and lead strategic, operational and clinical reforms, innovation and redesign initiatives in line with broader CKW and Metro North Health plans and directions.
- Participate in research in areas relevant to the primary functions of the Paediatric Services.
