As part of a
multidisciplinary team you will provide clinical and professional
expertise in the delivery of recovery focused mental health
intervention within the Community Care Unit and/ or other assigned
areas as required/appropriate.
This role provides
assessment, time limited management and support within the areas of
speciality and advanced practice to consumers with complex and
mental health needs, their families and carers, within and external
to the service.
You will also facilitate and
promote patient safety and quality of care.
