- Salary: $85,790 to $95,413 (Pro-Rata) – ASO5 – Part Time 0.6 FTE / Temporary term up to 27 June 2025
Overview:
- The Business Manager is accountable to the Nursing Director – Program Director range of the financial, human resources and administrative operations within the Metropolitan Referral Unit (MRU). This includes coordinating, planning and undertaking a range of workforce administration such as recruitment, selection and onboarding processes that support the work of the Nursing Director and MRU.
- The Business Manager also analyses, maintains and reports on workforce, financial and statistical data, identifies and rectifies anomalies and reviews and advises on savings initiatives.
- The Business Manager will have a very close working relationship with the MRU Clinical team and interact with relevant staff, as well as NGO providers on a regular basis and will undertake a variety of projects with limited direction.

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact)
