About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality nursing care to both acute and chronic renal patients requiring haemodialysis and hemodiafiltration in a tertiary or quaternary service setting. You will be responsible for providing compassionate and efficient care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. Your expertise will help guide and support patients throughout their treatment, ensuring their safety and comfort at all stages of care.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to consolidate and expand your knowledge and skills through continuous professional development and hands-on experience. You will take responsibility for maintaining high nursing standards, ensuring that your care meets the highest professional expectations. You will also support and mentor others, providing a valuable contribution to the team while always upholding the values of accountability and patient-centred care.
About You
We’re looking for a highly skilled Registered General Nurse with the following attributes:
- Qualifications: Registered Nurse with current practising certificate, and HTN0040-IV Medication and Therapy Administration course (or working towards completion).
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with the ability to prioritise and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience: Demonstrated competence in nursing practice in line with professional standards.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of nursing regulations, codes of conduct, and quality improvement systems in healthcare.
