What your day will look like….
You will lead the delivery of advanced specialist nursing care, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create a positive practice environment. Your day will involve conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing expert advice to clinicians. You'll engage with internal and external stakeholders, facilitate health literacy, and ensure high standards of clinical safety and quality. As a role model and mentor, you'll support and supervise the Alcohol and other Drugs Service team, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
